Can't give it a higher score yet. Staff courteous but work carried out did not resolve problem after car with them for 1 week. Have been told to return car on Monday. Let's see what happens. Well it's Thursday and I just collected my car only to be told they can't fix it and I need to take it to a Mini dealership.
Anthony who I dealt with assured me when I first took the car to him that he was familiar with the problem and could fix it.
He refused to amend the bill to reflect his failure to resolve the issue. So now I have my car back in the same condition that he took it with the exception of new wiper blades and my pocket is £318.78 lighter
Would recommend people stay well clear of this garage.

Grant and Anthony have always given me fantastic customer service. They have resurrected my 28 year old mini cooper and I wouldn't go anywhere else. It's never cheap to keep an old car running and looking like new but they are well worth the money due to their vast knowledge and experience.

Got my Mini back three weeks ago. So far so good, haven't had any issues since. 10/10 service and crew. Very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable. As I was leaving, I was told that I would instantly notice the difference in the car..... I most definitely did. Drives like brand new. On top of all the selected services, they managed to sort out my wiper issues. Will be going back for anything and everything to do with my Mini.

Grant, Antony and Martin were all great to deal with, extremely personable and transparent throughout. My wee girl is now fighting fit again after they fixed a number of critical issues, the turnaround was also very efficient. Brilliant to know there's such specialist expertise still around for these beauties and other classics.

The valve of one of the tires in my Mini Cooper Works broke over the weekend. The team was able to squeeze me in for an appointment first thing in the morning. That’s when I met Anthony, he is the most kind, polite and friendly mechanic I have ever met. Very professional and quick! One of the switches of the window wasn’t working well and he repaired all by 3pm. I’m glad I found a trustworthy mechanic. Highly recommend not only for the service but for the way he treat clients.

I can't believe my luck that I have managed to find this brilliant garage. I rang on the off chance they could fix a rear light problem on my mini. They suggested I pop in that afternoon and a couple of hours later a rather complicated problem was fixed. I will definitely be going back for my MoT and service.

I've had my mini for over 10 years, brought it to the mini centre after an MOT fail elsewhere. I found the service fantastic and price very competitive with other places I've been, all problems resolves and brought other issues up to par. Will certainly be bringing my mini here from now on. Was in a tricky spot and the centre helped me out a great deal with transport etc. If you have a classic mini this is the place to go, they know their stuff.
