Fantastic, fantastic garage. Took my Golf to a VW for servicing. Came back saying it needed ~£500 worth of repairs. Took it to Wills who told what did and didn't need to be done. Helped me get cheap parts and tyres. Love how they didn't try and rip me off like VW did. Since then has passed 2 MOT's no issue so the work obviously didn't need doing. My parents have been taking their cars here for years and so will I from now on.

They have been looking after my Fiesta for 10 years and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They don't add on work to make more money, if you put your car in for a replacement part and they find you don't need it, they call you to tell you.
I can't thank them enough for their friendly, professional and helpful service. I'm so glad I took my car to them 10 years ago.

Was loyal for years. After a mechanic retired, the attitude of the staff has become disgusting, unpleasant and unprofessional. People management and people skills need to be taught.
If you want professional treatment, use a different garage.

Outstanding repair and maintenance of our MK1 VW Golf RIVAGE GTI. Nigel and his team have carried out major engine repairs and got the car back on the road. It’s wonderful to deal with such professionalism and support.

Took car in for MOT failed for steering boot split. All rectified, good comms, friendly staff, fair price.

Used this garage a few times for MOT tests, services and other work on my car with no issue. They are quick to communicate, obtain parts and get work done. When I phone asking for a quotation, they use SMS to advise the costs. This is useful to have to hand.

Wills are always very professional and personable, they provide excellent service, and they have good availability for appointments. The mechanics always do the necessary work to a very high standard and are great at explaining what they have done and why, as well as informing you of what to look out for before your next visit. They never try to upsell you unnecessarily but advise you on the best option for you. They work hard to ensure your safety when driving and I will always use them for anything my car needs.
