I own a high mileage Mercedes which, inevitably, requires fairly regular visits to the garage. I live in Wandsworth and have used or spoken to, most of the independent Mercedes garages in the area. Some are good, some not so, but the only one I'd recommend is Steve Redfern. Tucked behind a residential street in Wimbledon, his garage harks back to an era where good service, care, honesty and value for money were the norm.
All the work they've carried out on my has been done to the highest standard at well below the price quoted by other garages in the area and I really cannot recommend them enough.

Knowledgeable & cool old-skool Mercedes workshop. They clearly love classic MB & are keen to engage with owners that want to maintain their cars with the respect they deserve. Honest in their approach, "0" upselling & a respectful attitude that has a "how are we as owner & specialist going to keep this car in tip-top shape" vibe about it. Pleased that the immaculate 1993 280E we've chosen to own (because a W124 is better than anything MB make these days) is in good hands. Update - almost a year later still extremely pleased to be using this workshop, wouldn't go anywhere else!
