Fabulously friendly service after original cinch purchase... replaced broken wing mirror and discovered an Aircon fault and rectified once authorisation was received. Couldnt have gone smoother. No issues since :) Happily recommend 👌

Decided to try this independent over a main dealer to service a Ford car.
Really helpful on the phone and the same can be said for when I attended.
I had a major service done, fairly priced and all done in about 3 hours, including a wash and vac. I wasn’t expecting this from an independent (albeit affiliated to Ford), as many do not wash etc after service.
The car was collected like it had been valeted.
It smelt great inside (I’d like to know what they used)….
Really good job Jackson’s - good old fashioned service, delivered in a contemporary way.

Great service from Jackson’s, I must admit I was late to my appointment and being a typical customer I asked last minute to add an MOT, they accommodated me and reassured me they will finish all the work within the day and time they said they will, this is very important in the world we live in now, always do what you say you will do. Im pleased with the integrity and reliability With Jackson’s Ford, safe to say I will be coming back again. Great work Jackson’s Ford

Absolutely brilliant service! Professional and efficient. I took my car here for a full service for the first time, and as a new driver I’m still learning the different elements. But the staff we’re happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how small.
They gave a very clear breakdown of the costs so there were no hidden fees.
They even pushed my slightly-broken wing mirror back into place without me needing to ask!
Then to come back to see my white car clean sparkling like new was the icing on the cake.
Thanks to the team for a good experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Don't usually write reviews but thought I'd share my experience today. Arrived at 8.15am for the Ford Essential Service and upon arrival was told the courtesy car I had requested needed an MOT, so was unavailable for me to use. I was told the service on my car would only take an hour or so to complete so was persuaded to wait instead. After around 30 minutes of waiting I was informed my car needed a new tyre as well as a number of bulbs, these additions were all fine but was not told how long they would add to the waiting time. After another hour of waiting I asked how long it would take and was told not long but also told they usually valet the car as part of the Essential Service. This was something I wanted but by now I just needed to get the car back as soon as I could due to other commitments. The time was now 10.50am and the car was ready but I had waited for over 2.5 hours in their office when I was initially told it would only take an hour or so. I had booked a courtesy car as part of the service because I had other commitments whilst the car was in the garage, but had to wait because the courtesy car I booked was not available. I'm sure if the courtesy car was provided I wouldn't have experienced any of the above but it wasn't. I didn't receive an apology for the wait or inconvenience the experience caused to my day. I had read reviews of the garage beforehand so was expecting a really good experience, unfortunately I left feeling frustrated, stressed and let down. It would have been nice to have been offered the removal of the valet cost as part of the service from the final bill (as this is something I wasn't able to get done anyway), but by this point I just needed to get the car and go. This was my first visit to Jackson's and believe the work they did on the car was good, however because of what happened this morning I am unsure if I will return.

Very impressed with the professional service I have received from Jackson's on two occasions now. Extremely knowledgeable technicians and they always give a full breakdown of costs, so no nasty surprises. They even showed me pictures of the work that they had done!

How often you you throw away stuff that only 75% used? My car was in for Service & MOT.. I had a call to say a few things needed doing, including 2 tyres for the MOT. Turned out afterwards that the tyres were only 75% worn, so didn’t need changing… although one was a little low on air, so could (could?) have had a puncture. I’ve been left wondering if other charges were also all absolutely necessary, so have lost confidence in the garage. I spoke to Jacksons the next day, and they didn’t really get it, let alone apologise. :(
