Booked an MOT for my car (Toyota Auris Hybrid). Friendly and professional staff; probably identified my car at the gates and had my booking details pulled up before I got to the reception.

Had zero issues dealing with them.

New to the area and I was recommended SWB Autos. Superb service. And despite only dropping the car later than I had planned they still managed to have it sorted in time for a drive to Birmingham in the afternoon. Would not hesitate to recommend

I went into SWB Autos for a quote to fix a new rear bumper as it had come away from the bodywork. I parked the car over the road in Aldi's car park. A lovely man from SWB crossed the road with me to have a look and was able to push the bumper back into place. I was so surprised when Toyota garage had quoted me over £1000.00 to supply and fit a new bumper as they said it couldn't be fixed. I returned to SWB Autos to leave this really helpful man a tip to show my appreciation buy he wouldn't hear of it. They are a family run business and take a pride in their work and don't rip people off. I really wanted to tell my experience and would definitely recommend SWB Autos. I will be going back to them for all my future services. A big thank you to them. Such lovely kind helpful people.

Our family have been using SWB Autos for almost 7 years now. I had been informed by another garage that a significant amount of work was required on my car, I was suspicious of this & was recommended SWB so went for a second opinion, they confirmed that most of the things I’d been told needed changing infact didn’t. I can honestly say you will not find a more honest, reliable, friendly & fairly priced garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We get all our tyres, MOT’s, servicing & any additional work done there. They even collect & return my parents car for them!

Fantastic experience at SWB getting new tires - Harley was diligent, polite, and thorough in explaining what tires I needed for my Mercedes and the difference between the brands. SWB are competitively priced & will be returning in the future, thank you SWB and well done Harley!
