Great service. I'd had my MOT and service done by a dealer, but they'd quoted £290 for a new set of front disc brakes and pads. Pitstop were significantly better value and they were great. Really polite and easy to deal with. They fitted me in within a couple of days and the repair was done quickly. Good communication too. I'd highly recommend them - I'l definitely be using them next time for the MOT and service.

Whist visiting family in the UK my Ford Fiesta developed gear changing problems. After a phone call, I was asked to bring the car in and an instant inspection determined a new clutch was needed. Explaining my travel plans the repair was completed the following day allowing me to make my booked ferry crossing home.
I cannot fault the calm, supportive , professional approach of this business allowing a stranded visitor to London to get back on the road at a reasonable charge. Thanks again.

Pitstop is the best place you can go if you need anything done with your car. Chris and his team are the loveliest, most competent and efficient mechanics I have ever dealt with, and also - their prices could not be better. I literally can't find words to recommend them enough.

Absolutely fantastic service. My Renault wouldn't lock and several companies wouldn't take it on. Pitstop immediately asked me to come in and took the keys. I got the car back fully fixed in less than 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Thank you

Really good service! After taking it to 2 other garages that couldn't get my bonnet open after the latch mechanism jammed, I'd almost given up until I phoned Pitstop. They spoke to me on the phone and he knew exactly what the problem was before he'd even seen it. They pre-ordered the parts and I took it in the next day. Within an hour and a half they'd rang me back got it open and had already replaced the catch and it was ready for me to pick up. Saviours! As I was driving up North later on that day so had really needed a quick turnaround which they provided. Will use this garage in the future now.

Over the course of year and a half of living with Pitstop at the end of my road I couldn't recommend them more. Always on hand to inspect the car and diagnose its various ailments. Any work that was done was always done promptly and most likely better than going to be more recognised garages in the area.
