Had a really bad experience here. Extremely rude management and the mechanic flagged non issues on the MOT certificate. I took the car to another garage for repairs and the mechanic confirmed that a number of items weren't needed but had to be changed as they'd been logged as essential repairs on public register. This cost me a lot of money. Avoid at all costs

Best mechanic been going there years pricing workmanship and would guarantee work 100 % Patrick is very approachable and understanding Mark is a brilliant mechanic can't praise them enough

The receptionist is full of himself and does not listen to concern, just focused on money. Paid more than 200 pounds for a job not done.. Useless

First thing's first they completed the work I asked for at the price we agreed in a timely manner. So the end result was actually not bad.

However my god that man is rude. Every experience I had with the man behind the desk was awful. The guy was rude and abrasive when I dropped the car off and rude when I came to pick the car up. When it came to payment they were even worse they refused to take a card payment for £40 because of the crippling fees involved. He expected me to go back with cash. Refused to supply me with an invoice for the work done.

When all is said and done the product was fine but the service was awful. There are much nicer mechanics in the area save your money for them.

Have had 2 Mots with them. 4 new tyres. Thought I needed new brake pads but not needed and a couple of other problems easily sorted. They are friendly and very reliable. Would not go elsewhere!

Mark, the mechanic is always professional, friendly and does a good job with my runner. So the two stars in this rating are only for him. I'd personally give him 5.

However, Patrrick the owner is rude and sarcastic and over the years has become moreso. He even shouted at me in front of other customers and his employees because I put too much oil in MY car.

I used to look forward to engaging with this company, but based solely on Patrick's toxicity, I'll go elsewhere.
