Terrible service. Im pretty sure I was overcharged. Went in for something simple which turned out to be something more and needed to have this added and that added. What started as a small job became costly. Very rude man by the name of Joseph who seems to be the boss, he was disrespectful and rude when it comes to money and disagreements, during a situation. Avoid this garage.There are much better ones in New Malden ("Just the ticket") and they will be getting all of my business from now on as KAR are a rip off and deffo not very professional.

What a pleasure! Good old fashioned service with up to date technical know how and a "can do" attitude. And honesty and fair pricing on to of that. One of the nicest "local garages" I have visited for a long time. Been using Joseph and his team for over a year - stumbled on the negative reviews and wondered if they had visited the same garage..........So thought I'd write this.

Took my car in for some suspension issues after failing the MOT at the Local council, car was fixed and ready by the afternoon, MOT passed the next morning I couldn't ask for more, very happy with Joseph for getting me back on the road. Great service and I will definitely be back in the future.

This is a small, independent garage run by a very competent mechanic called Joseph. I've been taking my Mini Cooper S there for circa 4-5 years and will continue to do so. Joseph does an excellent job and charges a very fair price (significantly less than what BMW charge). He takes real pride in his work and has always been incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend taking your car to Joseph.
