The staff here were really helpful. At the end of the day most faults are diagnosed by electronics nowadays but dealing with specialists is reassuring, especially when the car costs a lot. It was very good to have helpful insight from the guys I dealt with and they're also very close to a nice little cafe, which was a added bonus when waiting for work to be carried out (which was also very prompt). Definitely have a long term customer from me!

Paid £1700 for a misdiagnosed repair. The car is no better now than it was originally. Was told the owner would call to discuss the cost and what remedy they would offer. Never heard from them again. The total bill was £2800 for a car I might otherwise have sold without spending a penny.

I have been taking my Mercedes to Star-Tech for two years. They are very professional and know what they are doing, unlike many other Mercedes services. They ensure to provide good customer service at all times, you always feel welcomed. They take time explaining the issue and provide the best possible service at reasonable price. I have used Star-Tec to adjust the hand brake at my Merc. Very pleased. Great customer service.

First time using Star-Tec after receiving recommendations on the Mercedes forum. Very impressed, amazing customer service offering a drop off and collection service and a very reasonable price. Hardeep (the owner) clearly knows his mercs. A pleasure to deal with them, 5 stars for sure!

At first, this company asked for 25 pounds to remove the nail stuck in the tire. Then he said that the nail was stuck in the corner and would not come off, so he had to pay about 300 pounds for the tire and change it. However, when I went to another place, it was said that a piece of iron, not a nail, was stuck between the gaps in the tires, so they removed it for free. I do not recommend using this company.

Graeme was amazing. A highly professional individual who took time to patiently explain to me the technical issues my car had in layman's language.

Diagnostic Report was done and recommendations added. Good way to do business.

Was the 2nd visit to this garage as was initially very happy with the health check and repair done. However took my car which I had only purchased 4months ago back to have a service which was due. I purchased and maintained my car well however having had to leave my car overnight with them on collection it has stone chips all over my bonet and wing but mainly on the bumper and a big chip on the driver side. I was extremely upset and notified them straight away only for them to deny any fault.

We expect when leaving a car in their possession that it will be returned in the same state.

I was advised they will repair only the bonet and wings which I was not happy with but agreed to as they would not take any ownership to do it all.

Having received my vehicle back today I was still not happy as one wing still had chips and further scratches around the vehicle which equally was not there prior.

I stated I was not satisfied and then when retrieving my key in the office I was asked by the same gentleman to sign that I was satisfied!!!

I understand we can't have 100% success in things we do however they have a duty of care to look after your vehicle and rectify any damage done in its entirety when in there possession not repair partially and return with further light scratches!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hoped they would rectify it all however I was told by Grahem to rectify the bumper would mean a bigger job!

Very upset and disappointed considering the time I've had my car, the cost of buying my car and what I have now been left with.
