Ensure everything ran smoothly and sufficiently and accommodated me in my small time frame. I cannot fault the service in any shape or form because it was perfect! I would definitely use the company again and Recommend them to others.

I have nothing but good things to say about this garage! They have brought my car back to life so many times when I thought it was the end!! The staff are so friendly and I always feel at ease when I leave my car with them, I would recommend this garage to everyone I no and would never change garages no matter what car I have! They also ensure I get my car back as soon as possible as they understand the importance of having my car on the road!

I have been going to these guys for at least 6 years (probably more), they are always respectful, friendly and welcoming. I get my MOT, servicing and other bits on bobs done by them. I am a female driver and I trust them. I feel the price they offer is fair and they respond quickly.

Booked for 2 pm on a Friday when I get there I explain the situation and the guy there has rude and told me straight away its busy ( play with is phone ) and told me he only can do the job Monday week after and the job its only for change a tyre I was already paid plus the job so I been force to cancel and ask for a refund on ASDA tyres website what they apologise and give the money back so ABOID THIS GARAGE and will never go there again.

Arrived for my tyre fitting and they had closed up shop early. Nobody there or picking up the phone. Poor service

Moved to a new area and was nervous about going to a new garage. Service was great and staff were lovely. The manager was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, will definitely be using in the future! Thanks

Took car in on monday to just change breakpads, called on Wednesday for an update was told they hadn't been given the job details yet.

Could hardly get hold of the garage

Staff did not care about rhe urgency.

Got car back Friday aftenoon with the job incomplete.

Waste of time and useless customer service.

The people at Hayes Auto are fantastic! Very smooth and efficient process, gave my Audi A6 a great service and would definitely recommend using them! Thanks guys!
