Fir Tree Autocentre

Details of my experience is two A4 pages long. Following are points of my personal experience, yours either could be 100% identical to mine or entirely different so use your sixth sense first!
I found the garage to be;
Rude, Un-Professional, Irresponsible, untrustworthy, expensive, fact twisters, ghost problems creators, using & sending your car to other people without your prior consent, not taking responsibility to provide you with any updates themselves, blackmailing you to pay more money for ghost issues, blaming ghosts of issues created by themselves, saying that they are going out of the way to help you but actually truth is something different, denying you your statutory right of "paying in protest" and saying they shall force you to sign a "waiver" before releasing the car, giving you your car back in extremely filthy condition, gives your car back with black oily marks all over inside pillars of the car and destroying the inside panel white covering cloth, giving you car back with MINUS your TomTom, giving your car back with your personal belongings scattered all inside the car, giving your car back with centre dashboard console hanging out, giving your car back with additional new problems and noises, giving your car back with only fumes left in the tank, giving your car back with scratches on doors, giving your car back with a different set of tyres and rims! Takes 26 days instead of one day as advised by them!.

I have dash cam videos of my car being driven for joy at different town. I have GPS tracking info that my car was sent to two different garages without my consent.
A price of £1000 all inc was agreed for LUK brand Clutch Kit Dual Mass Flywheel Slave Cylinder and all bearings replacement but I was forced to pay £1800 plus instead and have a car with additional issues and a slim trust about what parts were replaced IF ANY!
Hopeless, bitter and expensive experience!

I wish I have read the reviews about this garage before booking my Mot with them it was waste of time the man at the reception was rude & don't care about others totally unprofessional, I left the garage without wasting time with these type of people without my Mot done & booked my Mot with another professional garage.
Avoid them😡😡😡

I know the team at fir tree being ex rescue mechanic these boys I trust with my own vehicles no messing good honest reliable garage.

Been using fir tree motors for about 5 years know and always been more than happy. Tom and his team has always gone out of there way for me and even pick up and drop of my vehicle after work completed

What an amazing customer service. My car broke down few days ago at Heathrow Airport and I had to park there for 2 days without permission till I could scrap it. They were very kind and understandable. Didn't even charge me for parking. Thanks a lot

Send my car for MOT and major service. Tom advised the need to change the front tyre and the rear break pad. Reasonable price. Friendly and good service from Tom and his team.

Incompetent. Brought car there for diagnostics due to a long standing issue. Was told there was no issue and everything was in order. Have since taken to a different garage who promptly resolved the issue. Avoid.

I do MOT ....my car is in perfect condition as aways 2017 Benz ...
But the mechanic use spanner and destroy settings of the rear axle of the car.... now all back side shaking and over 70 miles is difficult for control....the guy untied something on the rear side of the car.... Total disappointed.... don't use this people.... they destroyed the cars...stay away from them!!!!
