Following a breakdown on my wife’s Passat Diesel, I selected the repair garage “Elite Auto’s” in Hounslow.
Within a short time, not only did they identify the cause of the failure, they also brought to my attention that this was a common fault (injector failure) which might potentially be within the remit of a VW “recall” process. I followed this up with VW and they confirmed that this was the case.
Elite behaved very professionally and are extremely customer focused which many would feel is a rare commodity in the garage fraternity.
They even sorted out a recovery solution to transport the car to VW in Twickenham seamlessly. I have no hesitation in recommending Elite Auto’s who came through at our hour of great need

My car was leaking water and I took it to Elite...excellent service...the found the cause of the problem straight away and fixed a the problem at a reasonable cost. These guys are customer focused and do not over diagnose to squeeze money out of you like the big franchise service centers. I also went back and got my MOT done which only cost £35. I have been using Elite Autos for many years but recently I was absolutely appalled.

I took my car into Elite Auto when there was a noise from the car. They spent several days looking and driving the car around to detect the problem. They handed it back saying there was no problem that we needed to worry about.

We then took the car to Ipswich. On the way there the car broke down and the AA man told us we will have to pay about £1500 to put another new engine in place. He told us that the oil pump had broken down and any competent Garage would be able to detect the issue within a short time. Elite Autos has cost by not detecting the issue with my car.

I would not recommend this company any more. It has gone down hill since that old bloke has left. He did a good job keeping the young engineers in check.
