Welcome and friendly staff, but honestly not professionals, i request the timing belt replace on the Audi, also pump, and thermostat, the chef said that i don’t need to change thermostat, I trust him. I visit the garage few times during the job, and "mechanics" tried to change the timing belt with bumper on, as I know this should be remove and you can work on this V6 engine, I complain about, and their boss confirm that job should be done in proper way. so after the job done, for 3 days more than agreed, I pick up the car. After few months I start do other job on the engine, and spoted what Crankshaft pulley was putt in wrong, the Audi made it what you can putted only in one position, the guys putted it WRONG, and tided by force, that destroyed some of the pins. i redone all the job i proper way (I was lucky what fix all before the disaster). Also about thermostat, it is not working, so I have to do all other again. Labou cost me 650£.

I've been going to MPR for over 8 years and they have always been competitive, friendly, honest and realistic. They've looked after my car and helped me on several occasions in times of emergency. Pauline is very helpful and flexible and I can't recommend them enough.

Fraudsters, they intentionally fail your MOT just to do more unrelated work. I had my car checked somewhere else and passed stright away. Avoid at all costs don't even bother going there trust me!

Highly recommend MPR. The service was excellent from the start, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Great communication through out the process. My car required repairs to the rear door after someone drove into it. The body repair was exceptional - good as new.

They not deserve even one star, I came on booked on time MOT which took them over 1.5h (walking, talking and smoking..) after all charge me even more then I should and after all my car light interior was full of full of grease and dirt in!!!
Avoid them if you looking for even regular service!
