I had an a really good experience when taking my car to Vee at German Motor Mechanics. They’ve taken the time to send videos of any faults, which gives great peace of mind and the communication with them was amazing. Vee and his team have an extensive knowledge on the cars and felt really well looked after and any issues was resolved quickly and efficiently. They also have given great advice and will definitely be returning again in the future.

This place is a hidden gem. I had a major oil leak on my BMW 7 Series which needed immediate attention. Vee, Vinay and the rest of the team managed to take care of the leak and carry out some major engine repairs in the process to help prolong the life of the vehicle. Vee in particular has been an absolute star and on multiple occasions has not only corrected any issues that have come up, but also gone over and above to ensure that the car is working as it should. Very professional and technical mechanics. I couldn't speak more highly of them. They will be my go-to guys for many years to come that's for sure! Thanks all at German Motor Mechanics!

I went in with a warning light on. Paid £310 and drove out with the same warning light back on. STAY AWAY. they say they are Jaguar specialist but far from it. I asked for a refund and they would not issue it. They Asked me to come back and pay more for a further repair. I would
Never trust them to go back. I went to an actual Jaguar specialist who diagnosed the fault and repaired it within minutes. Definitely reporting them to the FCA they should not be scamming people like this. Especially in these tough times.

Booked in for a full service on my Audi, quoted costs which were cheaper than main dealer, all work and more carried out quicker than expected, all old parts kept and shown on collection and car runs beautifully, worth every penny great service and will be back for the next one.

Airbag sign was illuminated in 640d gave these guys my car to repair. Was the worst mistake I have ever made, abit drastic however it really was such a bad decision to go to these guys. Vin is absolute useless at his job ,he's the owner. So the first time the car went in they changed the fr module and he's restraint which came up to £1700 however the car was not repaired so whne the light came back on he I gave them the car back to change the wiring. Vin called after keeping the car for two weeks to tell me that the wiring the replaced was incorrect and the driver side heated seat is not working, so he said he will ordering in the correct wiring and replace. I took the car back till the parts upon arrival they had damaged the paint work on the car and interior, honestly I felt like crying spoke to vin and he assured me everything will be repaired and haven't heard from him since. Seriously stay away from this workshop will ruin your car .

Had front suspension arms, rear shocks, bushes, clutch and flywheel replaced here on my e46 330i. They did an excellent job - providing regular updates, photos and videos. They assessed the damage fairly and sent proof of this too. Prices are fair and the service is excellent! Will be returning here for sure. Highly recommended!
