Audi wanted an obscene amount of money for a job which took 20 minutes. Put my mind at rest for something else on my car which is reassuring as Audi didn’t really acknowledge correctly..

Spoke to a member of staff and arranged for fix and repair the next day.

Saved myself a lot of money and even blagged something sweet.

I will go back for my service, mot and repair needs in the future.

I had problem with my car for the last 3 months. Engine light menagment was on my dashboard. I was in three other recommended garages and none of them could find the problem. I was served by two members of staff which were very polite. They found the problem and repaired my car. They did a very clean and profesional job. Before they started, they explained what they would do and how they would do the job. I'm impressed. I used this service before and the level of quality is still high. I will definetely be coming back again. Thank you again for amazing job.

After spending £££‘s and multiple days at the West London Audi to attempt to diagnose and a repair a sound I was hearing to no avail, I was referred this place by a friend. They found the issue in less than 30 mins, whilst I waited and proceeded to repair the issue which worked flawlessly. The price was reasonable and the service was beyond amazing. Would highly recommend over the official Audi dealer, especially West London Audi.

I went in with a suspected immobiliser / steering column issue (I was prepared to be hit with a big bill) but after diagnosing the fault, Rafal suggested I try some things first I can easily do myself at home. No charge, just great advice and help that has saved me £££! Thank you! 🙌

No doubt I'll go back to this garage this for everything to do with my Audi going forward for life (and I'm sure there will be many, given the car is 16 years old).

I don’t know where to start to be fair! My Polo had a Cambelt replacement at a different garage which made the car shake, judder and misfire. The garage was at loss as to what was causing it and I was tearing out my hair with the stress of it all. I brought the car to these guys and they quickly found the issue, explained everything in detail, repaired it and I was on my way, with my polo driving lovely. Very knowledgable and skilled. I would not hesitate to use them again - they know their stuff and what they’re doing and I’ve used a fair deal of garages over the years - I will definitely return to this one!
