I felt looked after. I drove from central London to use their services because they made me feel like a valued customer over the phone. That extended to their in person experience. Everyone there made it feel like I was at a local garage. Forgot I was dealing with a corporate dealership. Well done guys. Take your car here!

Very helpful service staff, needed replacement wiper blades and they did on the day and put air in my tyres for me .

Today I had my car looked by a lovely gentleman called Paul. The car came back feeling A1 and ready for another years worth of driving.

Always nice to find an honest shop. Very trustworthy. Didn’t try to offer any work that wasn’t needed.

Honestly they don’t even deserve 1 star, I put my car in for a service it took 8 weeks and they couldn’t even fix what was wrong. Then they charged me over £600 for their services that was by far very poor. Then they went on to say they can investigate more but it’ll cost me a further £800, with no guarantee that they can fix the problem. I obviously refused and asked for my car back. Then I went to collect my car and they had broken the electric handbrake and didn’t inform me or maybe thought I wouldn’t have noticed. They said I could either leave it with them to fix or take my car with the handbrake broken! (Shocking) i think it goes with saying that I left it with them to fix. Then a week later they call me and ask me to pay a £80 ULEZ charge on the car they had leased me. They did not inform me that the car wasn’t ULEZ compliant so how was I to know to pay the fee. Honestly the worst experience ever! Wouldn’t recommend.

Called to ask how much to adjust a Citroen C1 clutch cable, which is a two minute job, I can't do it because I cannot get my big hand and sausage fingers down to the finger adjustment nut on top of the gearbox. These jokers wanted 1 hours labour plus vat (£98+) to do it.

Great service from these guys at this garage, and a great job done aswell.
