Very good company. Got my tints done and they were so welcoming and friendly. It was so genuine. I will recommend and I would return in the future. The price is right too

A little unwelcoming but I guess it's a little much to expect from a garage. The upside is I needed a valve to be replaced on a tyre and it was done within 30mins £20 later and I was on my way home. It's not something I have ever had done before so that's probably a fair price. All in all I am happy with the service offered.

Been to Sam's last three MOTs, have an old car (2002) Yaris, and each time I've been able to call up and get a quick slot, car has been reviewed in excellent time, and it passed twice without issue, other time it needed brakes fitting as they were worn down. Always feel I get a good honest service and can't be faulted. Thanks again, I'll be a regular customer here.

As soon as you walk inside, you may hear religious music playing. You tell yourself that regardless of faith, these individuals are probably honest because they believe in God. I asked for a full service that included draining and replacing the break fluid. said "ok."
On pick up I'd noticed quarter of my cars fuel was gone. I thought let it go.

2. The intermittent working of the breaks caused me to wonder if the break fluid had been drained and replaced. Called the garage was told if you bring it, will have a look at it. What do you mean when I say that I asked and you respond that it will be done! Why am I going to bring it back when you haven't done what I've asked for?

3. Extremely low coolant level. Car begins to smoke. That wasn't touched.

I would have been better off throwing that £300 I paid them out my window at random. My car would have received better maintenance.
