Got charged £216 for my car to be held for 2 weeks! I had to phone numerious times for an update and was was told they would call me back .. they never did! When I eventually managed to talk to the owner he told me the problem couldn't be located ... what a waste of time and money... oh and I found the air flow pipe which should be under the car in the back seat! Definitely cowboy behaviour and I feel like I was completely ripped off!

I had an amazing experience with this garage. Although i live in South London - my friend suggested me to go there - i can now say that i won't go elsewhere now. The journey was so worth it. The receptionist was so helpful & polite (had a good laugh with her -so lovely as i was stressed about the car) & the job ny the mechanics was done to perfection. Surprisingly the price was also very good as the job was faily lenthy & not easy to my view. Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend.

I took my car to get the wing mirror changed. They changed the back of the wing mirror, but didn't check the internal wiring etc. When I went to collect, I checked and discovered the wing mirror still wasn't working. When I pointing this out to them, they said I should have made it clear to them - but then what else does' fix the wing mirror please' mean?? Despite the fact that they have the keys and control over my car, they didn't even bother checking. So they made me pay double the amount - for the back of the wing mirror - and extra labour charges, for both jobs. So, instead of costing me just over £40, it ended up costing me over £90!! Not impressed. On top of that, the plastic back of the wing mirror keeps coming off, as it wasn't very well made or secured. Yes, cowboy behaviour indeed. Be aware!!!

I took my Mercedes to change the fuel pump. I was quoted £900 however we agreed £850.

I took the vehicle 2 days later as the fuel gauge was moving erratically. Showing empty even though I was filling up £60. I was told that they couldn't do anything however could fix for £400.

Took it to another garage and they simply charged me for an hour's labour as it was a simple task and all that was wrong was that the wiring was messed up.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!

This is the best and most trustworthy garage I know. Not over priced. Always helpful. Totally loyal to them after many years and grateful to have decent garage in my life!

Some car garages can be a right.. no no... never to go back again. However, this instance, was happily a good experience. They keep their appointment. Looked after me and yes my car. They did their magic and in return my car was back to being like new again. Thank you Guys!! 5 *****
