This guy should wear his underpants outside his trousers, he’s a superhero. Sorted out an overheating issue that the AA couldn’t, took him 20 seconds to identify the problem. The AA were going to tow me back to Newcastle. Proper nice guy too. Brilliant

Came out to look at my mums skoda fabia thought a wheel bearing had gone by the noise but bob found it was something a lot less serious and fixed it for us went over and beyond to make sure it was all done so booked him to service the car as well
