Took my freshly bought 1983 Mercedes W123 (230E) into West Hampstead motors after being recommended them by Mark Cosovich of W123 world. I'd bought the car knowing it would need some work to get it back into shape. Branko and his team looked over the car in detail and provided me with a through list of work needed in a priority order. We agreed a list of work to be carried out, and they carried out the work using quality parts. They are very familiar with older Mercedes and really know what they are talking about. They are a family run business who really care about the work they do. Highly recommended.

Branko and his team are great, and the pricing fair. I had a respray of the bonnet to remove 2 deep scratch lines across the center and all 4 diamond cut alloy wheels repaired. The respray was perfect, as were the corrections to a couple of other imperfections on the rear bumper that they did gratis. Two previous wheel repair companies has said the wheels could not be repaired and needed replacing, their guys had them looking new. The car was returned on time. Can’t recommend enough.

Took my partners Mini to Branko and the team for wheel refurbishment and to have a few dents removed. They were polite, easy to deal with, and the repairs were delivered on time and to a fixed price. Would have no hesitation in recommending Branko and the team. In particular Konrad, one of the engineers, went above and beyond to ensure the car was exactly as she expected, and did a few little jobs for free (e.g. polishing the scratches from the boot).

First time using West h motors. Needed my brake pads and brake disc replaced urgently on my Audi Q3. Branco managed to get me in the same day. Provided a quote straight away and most importantly finished the job within a few hours as he promised. Good pricing. I usually go to Audi for everything and I must say how professional and helpful i found this garage and less pricey! I will be going to them in the future for anything else. Very rare to find a reliable trust worthy garage and when you do, which I have, hold onto them with both hands. Highly highly recommend. Do not hesitate! Even washed my car for me. Which hardly any private owned garages do. Thanks again all at West hampstead motors!

Excellent throughout. Brilliant service, excellent job. Brand new BMW X6M competition scratched on the side / scratched diamond alloy while parked overnight. Branko and his team did an excellent job with the car returned like brand new. Would recommend 100%.

I was extremely impressed with the diligence, care , attention and professionalism of this company. Firstly they wrote very businesslike and courteous emails. And took immense care and attention to reassure me why the repairs were necessary - even taking time and trouble in showing me the old part and it’s replacement so I could see the evidence and case for replacement. I will absolutely be going back there in future and am impressed.

Very friendly and personal service. I was particularly impressed with being presented with the schematics and walked through the work done, seemed very transparent and honest which is a great and valuable quality for a mechanic. Also admirable is the business owners passion for the trade. Overall can recommend.
