Good service but doesn't handle older VW LT35 vehicles

Have used JCB Van Center Worthing a number of times for both MOT and servicing our commercial T6 Van. I have found them to be professional and dare I say it for main dealer reasonably priced.

Always use them to look after our vans, great service every time.

Spoke to Katy at vw about a problem I had with an oil leak. Previous place couldn’t identify it. Brought it in straight away and fault was identified within half an hour. Booked for later that week and picked her up today.
Katy, Steve and all the technicians have been nothing but brilliant. Katy kept me in touch through the whole process. I’ve found a home for my van to be looked after now and I’m so relieved. Thankyou to all of you at Worthing jcb. Just brilliant.

Terrible service for a official VW commercial centre, completely clueless..

Good service but info about certain things is not great.

Their service centre is very efficient .

Took a van in for s simple coolant loss diagnosis which ended up costing thousands for repairs just for us to find out the issue wasn't even resolved. After using this centre for over 20 years I am disgusted at the lack of aftercare and how they relinquish any responsibility for their lack of competency and incorrect diagnosis. I would not recommend you take any vehicle there, it will only come out worse than it went in.
