The staff at this garage are very courteous and professional. I had a problem this week with the motor that opens and closes the roof on my convertible. Mark managed to repair the motor and they fitted me in at very short notice as it was an urgent problem. Highly recommended. Thanks for your prompt attention.

Great service, knowledge and experience. Stuart and his team took the time to get the problem sorted for me. Attention to detail and a desire to get the job done even though it was a tricky one. Exactly what you want when something needs sorting - can't fault any aspect of the process and would highly recommend them.

Have used in the past!
All repairs were done to a very high standard, and very pleased with that aspect. However, there did used to be a receptionist (woman) who at times was very impolite to customers. I'm sure she has long moved on, I hope!

What a wonderful experience in dealing with the staff at Keen and Betts. So helpful and extremely friendly. I spoke to 4 different staff members and all were very polite helpful and actually went above and beyond to help me with a particular issue. Would def recommend to anyone and will be using again myself.

They came out to my 86 yo mother when her car doors wouldn't unlock. Very helpful and reasonable rates. Very pleased - will use again.
