Seems the company didn't see fit to call the customer and ask if they should return the part and end the job but instead they decided to proceed anyway and get some money out of this customer.
We are very unhappy with our visit and ultimately won't be bringing our 4 cars here.
What a disappointing outcome when it should have been so very different.

I have checked and the part could have been returned to the dealer usually within a month but I'm sure I'm not telling you something you don't know.
I don't think I've been disrespectful in my review as that was never my intention but I have been factual. As the sensor wouldn't have fixed the cracked air con condenser the repair wasn't really necessary and the car still has no air con but we've paid £150, for nothing. Surely you can understand the upset about this especially as we paid for a diagnostic first.
Also we are always respectful with garages and appreciate the tasks they have in keeping customers happy and vehicles on the road. I'm sorry your angry with us for the review.

We didn't ask for that at all, I wanted air con fixed, I dealt with you via phone calls and not a text.
What has happened can't be undone, I'm also not criticising your business management skills or your garage. I'm sorry you feel it necessary to be so aggressive in your response, I'm simply stating my experience and I haven't advised people to stay away from you. I'm also not the only one whose had a bad experience but there's plenty others who have had positive visits. I wish you well and I won't comment further as I feel this matter is just escalating as you become increasingly angry.
Word of advise You may need to book in advance as this garage is in high demand.
Reasonably priced as well, will definitely get my return custom if my little car gives me grief again.
Rang Mark and booked the car in with him. He sorted this out while I was there, hardly any wait. I was on my way in record time.
Friendly, knowledgeable guy. Really impressed.
