The staff, particularly the friendly young receptionist, were great and really helpful. The work on my car was done quickly and to a high standard and the price was really reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

Honest and knowledgable. Darren completed full service and replaced the thermostat in my Ford Transit today. Pleasant to deal with, very helpful and definitely knows his stuff. Being new to the area, this was my first experience using Darren. I would highly recommend him. Pricing was fair, all Ford parts used, no cheap stuff. Very happy with the service provided by Darren and his team. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you.

I received a price for an MOT from my local village garage that was as good as any of the major city-based chains, so I was delighted to be able to find such good value locally. Communication was great as my online booking made via bookmygarage.com was quickly followed up with a call from the garage to check arrangements and answer any questions. On the day the service was as friendly as it could be and the MOT was completed quickly. I'm sure I'll be back when it's time for a service.

Great garage, have been coming here for a couple of years since I have had to maintain my own car. Team here are lovely, professional and great value for money. The quality of work is excellent. My wife has a newer version of the same car (Mercedes) and she uses the Main dealer for warranty and honestly there is no difference in the outcome. Highly recommended.

Just bought my sons first car from this garage. Was looked after by Simon. In all the years I have dealt with various dealerships/car salesmen, I have never dealt with anyone as helpful and honest as he was. Never once was there any sales talk or pressure. He was knowledgeable and answered all our questions without hesitation. The MOT guy was also great with more helpful advice and again no bull. They MOT’d the car and serviced it. Replaced rear tyres and other bits. I’m not exaggerating when I say, I actually felt like they take pride in selling quality and affordable cars. I know all garages claim this but with these, I get the impression it’s true. Will 100% be returning in a couple of years to purchase our new car. I’m pretty sure my son will be back here also for any future purchases. Helping my son buy his first car was a big thing for both of us and the guys here made us feel comfortable and very reassured.

Would 100% recommend these guys for car sales and maintenance.

Edit: I can also add their aftercare is fantastic. Had to take car back to check for small issue. Spoke to Simon, booked it in and problem fixed and ready to pick up the following day. Nothing seems too much for these guys.

Brilliant service and will see them in the future.

Went in with a last Minute problem. I was recommended Nathan and his team by a friend. The service was fantastic, friendly and fast. Having recently moved to the area I can say this is now going to be my go to garage.

1st time going to garage to buy a car. Originally looking at automatic megane but nice chap showed us a car that was just in this week and showed us around it and ended up on automatic astra. Got 6 month warrenty, even added newer brake pads, fixed exhaust ready for us including full MOT!. Amazing customer service all round. Just hope this time our 3rd car in space of 1-2 years last longer than 4-6 months. Will come here again if any problems occur.

We took our car to the garage for an MOT, we were told we required a new exhaust which we paid up the £500 for. Unfortunately the garage took 2 weeks to get the right part and in the end they said they couldn't get the exact exhaust so we agreed to have a similar one fitted, fair enough although it did leave us without a car. When we took the car away after the repair we noticed an engine light was on. The garage claimed this was on previously, which it wasn't, and informed us that it would be £150 + labour to replace the lambda sensor. We refused.

We took the car to the local Kwik fit after who informed us there was a cable not plugged in for the broken sensor which would have had to be removed to fit the new exhaust, which Kwik fit plugged back in and cleared the error, no issues after. We feel very frustrated that we've ended up with an incorrect part on the car, had no car for almost 2 weeks, and the garage didn't take responsibility for the sensor being incorrectly refitted and tried to charge us £150 + labour to just plug it in. We won't be using again.
