Overpriced .

Only went there for a cheap service and mot. Our car needed new breakpads and 1 front spring to pass . Also had the airbag light Fault on from when I removed the glove box with the engine running charged me to turn the fault light off .so in total breaks, one spring ,service £85 and mot £35 total cost nearly £450
Never again .

When my car broke down I expected to be charged an absolute fortune. This garage restored my faith in human nature. The RAC took me here as they couldn't fix it. Not only was the garage staff very friendly, they fixed the car the same day and had it back to me all within a few hours. Hats off to these people as there was no charge either for which I am extremely grateful at a very difficult time for me. My thanks to everyone involved. I shall without a doubt be recommending Car-techprestige. Full Mark's from me, 5 star service. Thank you.

Never knew this place existed until recently. Happy with the service I received and reasonably priced. Likely to use these guys again in the future when/if required. For now I think I may have found the answer to a lot of my car maintenance queries and solutions.

Bought a 2012 Audi A3 from car-tech prestige with 1 years MOT done by car-tech prestige.........only to find out the MOT was not worth the paper it's written on........both front springs were broken. Avoid this garage at all costs. Totally agree with previous review..... total crooks! If your buying a car from these cowboys get an independent vehicle inspection because the MOT counts for nothing with these guys!

My car was took here on a recommendation! Was quoted for a new engine! No more than £5000, the bill came to £5300. Was advised to go ahead, from car tech, told me I'd have no problems. Picked the car up with the engine management light on. The car was taken back in the following Monday! Steve advised that this was a new problem. A further £300 pounds was paid. The light appeared again! I was told the car needed a charge cooler pump, and had nothing to do with the engine being renewed, although this wasn't the problem in the first instance. In the end I took the car out and went to main dealer. Steve is quite abrupt and very cocky and I had no trust in him. Would not use this garage again! Do your home work! I learnt the hard way.

Got my car serviced here on a recommendation. Great service all around really. The service team were helpful and gave me a full run down. Price was good too. I'll definitely use them again if I need to and for another service in the future.

Awesome customer service! Looked after my car well.....cartech prestige was fantastic with there prices on spares and labour and even washed my car afterwards and gave me a courtesy car for free while mine was off the road! Would recommend as a place you can trust! Now in Durham

Had an engine light come on - issue was diagnosed and fixed within 6 hours. Incredibly professional, you can tell they take pride in their image and work. Will use again.
