Great garage! 4x4 specialists, did a great job on my discovery 4. Huge experience within the business, know what they're about and having everything explained in layman's terms was helpful. Highly recommended.

AllTrack recently changed the ZF 6 speed gearbox in my Discovery 3 with a recondtioned unit from ZF.

The new gearbox is a massive improvement, no more juddering and thumping gearshifts.

Good comunication and they let me take a free courtesy car for the two days, they seem a genuine and trustworthy garage.

Excellent garage with friendly staff. Recently had my Discovery 4 serviced there. Listened to my issues/concerns I had with my vehicle and provided knowledgeable advice. Service took a few hours and I was able to get courtesy car and spent the time in Malvern. Would definitely take my vehicle there again.

Our Disco 2 needed a new alternator while we were on holiday in the area. All track ordered a new one for us and fitted it during the afternoon of the day after we contacted them. No fuss no panic, just a great job done. Have kept their number in case we need them on our travels.

We drove our car to AllTrack 4x4 after they had agreed to do various jobs on it.
It sat on their carpark for 3 and a half weeks before it was even looked at and we had to arrange for it to be delivered back to us in an un-drivable state after they had decided they were not going to finish the work agreed.
There was absolutely no communication from this garage unless my husband made the calls or visited and he was then made to feel like a nuisance and was told it was no good for him keep going there!
I have never encountered such bad service for anything. This has caused a lot of stress, I would advise people to think carefully before going there unless it is a simple Land Rover service that you need!

Drove my car down to Millbank, having agreed itinery of work to be undertaken, with the words "yes, yes, we can do it". Two months later it was picked up on a tow truck and returned to me with one job completed and the words "We don't want to work on this car any more" ringing in my ears. Communication was zero unless instigated by myself, it was on the car park for 3 and half weeks before they even moved it, and they wondered why I lost my temper! If they couldn't do the jobs they should have said so in the first place. As for 5 star feedback we all have friends who can leave feedback!
Utter disgrace and a waste of 2 months!

Thanks Tim and team for a first-class service. Right from the initial communication Tim was clear about what was required, along with the costs involved. The job (Disco 3 transmission change) was done on-time, with the best parts and very professionally. Just as importantly, these guys know when not to do something as well. That is super honest and very commendable. Would recommend highly.
