From the get go I had an absolutely amazing, outstanding level of customer service.
I asked for a quote and was given this fast and effectively. Quite frankly the quickest I have ever been given a quote. I had been quoted previously ALOT of money and this garage was half the cost.
I explained I would like the car trailered to the garage from my house which is an approx 45 minute drive. This was sorted so I didn't have to go out my way finding my own trailer company the garage found and gave me a quote off their own backs.
The issue was found swiftly and upon that more issues was found. The garage contacted me and made me aware and gave me the best course of action in their eyes.
All issues was resolved in a swiftly manor and the garage owner even come in and handed the car over out of normal hours due to work commitments on my behalf honestly going above and beyond and the extra mile.
Not only that he showed me all the parts that was changed and explained throughout why he recommended the changes.
Overall a 5* garage and I will defiantly be using again.

Fantastic job done on the vauxhall insignia wheel refurb is amazing showed all the old parts that came off the car as it had major service very friendly honest and good prices definitely recommended trimotor thanks from Chris.also had Astra exhaust flexi pipe done again a fantastic job thank you.

I only had previous customer reviews to rely on, so 🤷 I put my trust in them to make good my poorly car who had had a wall jump out at her and scratched her down 2 doors and the sills.
The result was.....one good as new car 🚗 cannot tell where the damage was.

Went here when my usual garage was fully booked and found them on Google. I was not disappointed, these guys found the issue ordered the part and the next day the car was done. Very impressed with how they handled the job and impressed how approachable and friendly they were. Can't recommend them enough. :-)

I was a little dubious about taking my car here, I would usually go with a known or recommended garage for peace of mind. However, Trimotor's prices were very competitive and they were able to repair rather than replace parts (as other garages had suggested) which made a huge difference. I was a little worried about the repair due to the body shape being so curved and the unusual colour, but the end result appears to be perfect! Lovely friendly staff, prompt with the quote and response to any questions I had and my car was ready much sooner than expected. Overall, very pleased with the service. Thank you - I wouldn't hesitate to return for any future work needed.

Well.. Trimotor have been outstanding from start to finish with our car. Our car wasn’t running at all, it was bought in by their recovery service. The work we needed was a whole new engine, turbo, brakes and brake pads. They had the car for 2 weeks and it was back in our hands in perfect condition, running the best it’s ever run and we are absolutely over the moon with the customer service, I was kept updated every step of the way. I absolutely recommend this garage! They are lovely, down to earth people who offer the best services and quality. Thank you all so much we are very chuffed! 😁 will be seeing you all in the future for the further maintenance on our car!
