I own a DSG automatic car and had an issue a couple of weeks ago with a flashing spanner shown where my gears are shown. I had this plugged in and diagnostics came back with an issue with my mechatronic unit. I phoned multiple garages in my area to which nobody would touch or repair my car. I phoned this garage who were helpful from start to finish! I phoned the garage on Wednesday to discuss, they told me to bring the car down. I had it bought up to them on Wednesday evening. They phoned Thursday to confirm the problem and what the solution was along with price. I gave the go ahead and had a phone call first thing Monday morning to say my car was fixed and ready for collection. They also told me if I was in doubt about anything I could call back. Could not fault this garage and would highly recommend if you own an auto/DSG!

Really nice owner. Chatted about family and bikes and the even cleaned my daughters car. Genuine owner. Gearbox and clutch are sooooo much better now. Explained what was wrong and what needed doing. Jysy hope the daughter takes more care if it......🙃

These guys had my Audi s3 in unknown fault and after a test drive their DSG man jamie knew what was up, stripped down and rebuilt within ten days, kept me updated and I couldn’t fault them or the car. It’s been perfect ever since !

Gravesend transmissions were absolutely amazing and managed to fix the gearbox that no one else country wide seemed to be able to repair. They were great communicators, really professional and helpful. I'd recommend to anyone!

Had to have our BMW towed in to this business the job had been quoted for and I collected our car back yesterday completed, the quote was spot on with no extras would highly recommend this firm with any of your transmission problems.

Wasn't open when called even though website said they were but maybe christmas hours weren't updated

Paid £1800 for a gear box repair which lasted 18 months before developing faults - they offered to repair at an additional £1500 no instalments and said that this was at a parts only cost and 10 day turn around - found a garage in London who managed to fix for £1100 48 hour turn around. Very disappointed given the positive review
