Please read previous reviews about being ripped off before coming here. Will charge you more than agreed before hand and will fix things without asking and then charge you for it. Please do not reply saying that wasn’t the case, because we both know I have the recording of the phone call of you agreeing that it was not agreed to fix. For what we paid, the car was not fully fixed and now they are “too full” to fit us in. Please stay clear if you are not willing to be ripped off, many more decent and reliable garages with better prices.

Superb interaction on all aspects of the work carried out on my car, being a technician myself I understood everything Mark fixed on my car the was completely recommioned after 18yrs In storage the car is like a new car now everything works Aircon electronic suspension! Well done Mark worth every penny!

I took my BMW Z4 to this workshop today for a service, MOT and issues with misfiring. I am extremely happy with the work done. He was able to sort the issues out for me and my car is now running smoothly instead of juddering when I accelerate. He explained everything to me and was helpful. I plan to bring my car back again. Very happy with the service provided, would definitely recommend.

I took my pride and joy old BMW e46 to Mark to fix a number of issues. His knowledge and attention to detail are fantastic. So happy with his work I recommended him to my friends who took their old Mercedes and Maserati's to him.

Please read carefully and previous posts of bad customer experiences and you will find the same story.
This guy Mark could be the greatest mechanic in the world but as a person who deals with a paying customer, he is simply not genuine and not a trustworthy guy.
I was going to go down and see mark again this morning, but thought to write this review to warn other customers of what they can expect as I don’t want to get into an argument with this guy and he finds out what he got himself into.
My wife own a Mercedes C220 64’plate and contacted this garage to enquire if he actioned warranty work as I brought warranty with my car and the engine management light had come on & I had been informed by 2 other garages who had this car that it was a nox sensor which would be covered under electrical warranty work - which they couldn’t do.
I left my car with mark in the morning with him saying to send over all warranty documents so he could have a look at my policy.
Four hours later this guy rings back informing that it is not a nox sensor and is an Adblue problem apparently. And has then proceeded to tell my wife that he has spent 3-4 hours of which he is going to charge her £75 plus vat an hr and all-supposed products he used.
So on picking up my car - without an engine light on (which can be erased by the code reader)
He has basically charged my wife £327 inc vat. ( including an apparent road test) to top up my car with an Adblue. without even asking to go ahead with any job.
After driving the car under 200miles the same engine management has come on & the previous garage I have taken my car too has told me it’s the same nox sensor they previously said it was!
So if you want to be ripped off, go visit this guy with your car.
Guys charged me £327 to change Adblue in my car! Just read that statement again before you think to take your car there.
He thinks everyone’s a fool in life. Most dis genuine car garage I have ever dealt with in 25yrs and I’ve just moved to gravesend from Peckham south london.
If you need any further info. Just read previous genuine customer experience not his friends that leave reviews.
I’m expecting an email back from Mark after he reads this trying to explain himself as he normally does in other posts with his know it all attitude and sarcasm.
If he does send an email back i will go down and see him to enquire further and show him not everyone’s a fool in life.

Mark carried out a routine service on my Maserati Ghibli in December and I cannot speak too highly about Mark: he was very clear up front on the work that would be done, the estimated cost of parts and labour and the timescale. It's clear that he has extensive knowledge of - and a passion for - all things Maserati. Everything was explained to me very clearly and patiently and I would not hesitate to recommend him to any prestige / performance car owners. A complimentary clean of the car inside and out was a nice touch. Thanks Mark.

Would like to thank Mark and team for sorting my sons car out when the belt snapped which caused an Engine rebuild or recon engine install. We went with the rebuild and Mark has been in contact throughout the process explaining what needed doing. Highly recommend this garage for their high quality work.

I have been looking for someone to look after my Maserati since moving to Kent and I couldn't recommend Mark highly enough. I had problems with my gear selection and even just talking to him over the phone he let me know exactly what he thought the problem was. He went out of his way to keep me updated on the work he was doing and gave me a good idea of what to expect from a cost point of view from the outset. Obviously passionate and knowledgeable about Maseratis and all high end sports cars but far more importantly trustworthy and professional. When I went to pick the car up he kept her on the ramp to show me exactly what he'd done, and showed me all the pieces he'd taken down and exactly where the problem was. Car now drives better than even when I picked her up for the first time. And Mark charged less than the original quote once all done. Fantastic service.
