Wellington Road Garage

Broke down on the motorway just outside of Lancaster on my way up to the lakes on a wet Friday night for a weekend trip with my nine year old daughter - engine overheating and battery warning light on. To late to find anywhere to stay at eight o'clock - Slept in the car until 7.45 waiting for the garage to open at 8 (they opened early!)
-Yes, it was the only garage I could get to before the engine was dangerously over heating! But our luck was in. The guy was courteous and friendly and diagnosed the problem in about a minute and fixed it. Within twenty minutes he'd received a part for the car (snapped belt to drive the alternator and the water pump), yes twenty minutes! Within another twenty minutes we were on our way, when I was thinking we'd have to return to Manchester on the back of a very expensive truck. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. The price was very fair too. Needless to say we continued our journey and had a great time. Thank you so much.

Great garage recently moved and looking for a new local garage as my old one is too far, all I can say is excellent service a great mechanic happy to have found this garage, more than reasonable price 10/10

Excellent service. Last minute job to get my car in. All fixed very quickly so couldn't speak highly enough of them.

Booked my vehicle in for an MOT and service. Was given a time and date by the garage for the work. Dropped the vehicle off at 8am as agreed, did the handover with the garage worker. Was told it would be ready early afternoon, all my details were left in case of any issues. Arranged somebody to drop me off and take me back to the garage as I had no other transport all day. Returned to the garage at 4.30 to collect my vehicle and absolutely nothing had been done to it, not even moved from the spot I left it ine only to be told that it hadn't been looked at all day. No phone call, expired MOT, no service. I also run a small business and if I did the same to my customers I would be out of business, utter joke!!

Came here after been to the main dealership to fix my transit in which the cudnt do even after paying a fortune to them and they didn’t listen to me long story short these guys listened to me fixed it within 6 hours no problem whatsoever so I would definitely highly recommend them 💯 %

It's also a nice walk into town along the cycle track.
