I came with good intentions to buy however, someone quickly made me feel not only unwelcome but also took active pleasure in critiquing my lack of knowledge and understanding about cars.

I think it’s disappointing they actively try to cover up serious oil leaks (jet washing the engine) and also try to justify their shoddy repairs (using cable ties and other low quality items) on vehicles.

I even offered to buy the car if these repairs had been made, however the individual had no intention to spend money on getting the car to a good state.

Apart from this individual everyone in the dealership where very friendly but my recommendation would be taking your service elsewhere.

What great service, I took my daughters car in for an engine fault light and they knew exactly what the issue was, ordered the part, fitted and ready to collect. The car runs great now.

I was looking for a mini for my daughters first car and had been to other garages and seen numerous bad examples. Luckily I found Coastal Cars, they have a great range of competitively priced minis and offer expert knowledge and great service. They have been a pleasure to deal with, from first contact through to buying the car. When I picked up the car they said they pride themselves on aftersales care. They have been 100% true to their word, I had a couple of minor issues after running the car for a couple of weeks which they have sorted quickly at no cost. Fabulous, good old-fashioned customer service from really nice people to deal with. Highly recommended

Another excellent experience at Coastal Racing! My husband Steve bought his Mini Cooper from them last year, there were a couple of little niggles that they sorted out under warranty. Today they fitted a new radiator, fantastic and friendly service, quick and at a great price. We highly recommend this garage.

No pressure sales, very friendly, excellent range of cars. Had a slight problem with the mini we bought, no problem sorted under warranty with no issue. Would recomend.

Great place...fab mini's great service and customer friendly. They are just a bit out of the way if you don't have a lift. But they helped me get a ride when I was in a pickle...
