I cannot rate ABP motorsport highly enough. I have quite a rare track car and these guys managed to diagnose a brake issue, identify a clutch issue that I didn't even know about and rectify both to a very high standard. They are able to work on race and track vehicles and then turn their hands to regular cars. Quality of work is outstanding and I trust them 100% with my cars.

AVOID! Charged me more than they initially quoted twice! Hardly ever called with an update, I was always the one who had to call them to get information about the repairs or if my car was ready to collect. Hadn't refitted the coolant pipe going to the heater matrix properly, which popped off causing me to loose all my coolant, overheat and breakdown, and didn't admit it was their fault, even though they'd changed the heater matrix 1 month earlier. When looking in the Haynes Workshop Manual, removing this specific pipe is the first step to remove the heater matrix. Very unimpressed, awful customer service and quality of work. I suggest they rethink their quotation procedure by over quoting, leaving the customer surprised and pleased when it comes to paying the bill. Rather than drawing in customers with cheap quotes and charging them a higher price when they come to collect their vehicle, which is very disappointing and feels like you've been scammed. As a customer I also do not appreciate being lied to. Very unprofessional and not what I expect from a big name like ABP.

Debated writing this, but here goes. New in the area and decided to take my Audi A7 there for an MOT and some fluid changes.
I wanted the 4 common filters (Air, Oil, Fuel & Pollen) changing and rear Diff oil. Also needed engine oil change, but i provided this as i use only Castrol Edge and i have loads in my garage.
So they purchased the 4 filters and 2Lrs of Diff oil. This is all i asked for and we arranged a day and i asked for a quote for this to be emailed to me. I didnt get a quote via email at all but these things happen. Turned up with the car at 10am on the day, again asked for a quote as i wasnt given one, promised a call back within 20 minutes. Again, no phone call. I call the garage at 4pm and im told the car is ready. Dosent seem much to expect a phone call.
I work with garages a lot day to day so i know the work involved. Replacing oil on a rear Diff, and swapping 4 filters and oil drain/replace.
I get the bill of £445 for this work, ill be honest, i dont mind paying for work thats needed, but this seems excessive for whats been done. Checking the parts purchased, mark up of atlest 50% on part (to public prices) and not trade. Ok, i mean garages do this. Then to see i have been charged 3 Hrs labour on this very simple work at £70+VAT an hour simply because AutoDATA states checking the car over takes this long.
So £252 for the work. No way do i believe this took 3Hrs. (I would love to know the process of the "checked" Plenum Chamber)
Simply put, i wont be using them again. I simply dont feel this is a genuine representaion of the work required vs what was charged.

AVOID this “garage”!! The customer service at this place is shocking! They had my car for 2 weeks when I was originally only booked in for a couple hours, then everytime I called all I was told was it will be done tomorrow and they didn’t call me once for any kind of update, i waited for a call from them everyday for an update, but no, I had to call them. I had to pay for the labour and parts of the car that they broke and I ended up with a very hefty bill! When I asked why it would cost so much or why these new parts were being ordered they never gave me a straight answer. The job my car was originally in for they didn’t do what I wanted, only one part out of two was done, my car has also came back from there with a squeaky steering wheel. All in all a couple hour job turned into 2 weeks with the job not being done and a very hefty bill.

Been using abp for many many years allways do a great job on my cars thank you so much

We use ABP for all our cars and everything about the whole process is efficient, seamless and excellent.
Won’t go anywhere else as the guys are all amazing and make the whole experience an enjoyable one.
