Mike was rude from our first interaction. Told me that my car MOT was such a fail that I should just scrap it. I advised I was happy to spend the money on it, and simply wanted him to diagnose and fix a computer issue. 4 days later I had phoned once a day and asked for updates that never came. My husband and I wanted to know whether he could actually fix it or not, and if so when. He could not answer any questions. He then said he wasn't willing to do any further work, and I should just collect the car. Quoting around £450. 15 minutes later I collected the car, and was served a bill for £550 odd. There was no proof that the charged work had been done. The alarm system that was previously working, no longer does, and the rear boot panel was ripped away from the door. Overall a very uninspiring interaction. Don't bother

Just had my Cambelt and auxiliary belts/pumps replaced on my 2006 Disco 3. Last time this was done was in 2012 do I was well overdue. Mike and his Team done a great job and the engine is running as good as new. It’s also very reassuring to have this done. Very happy with the Customer Service I received. Shaun

We have just had my wife's Discover Sport serviced. Mike Harding and his team did a first class job for us. They had plenty of time to run through every detail of the work they carried out. They made sensible suggestions on how best to use the car to prolong its life. All in all they have provided us with the best Landrover service we have had.
