Jessels Autos is a great place to bring your car to. I took my car down because of an engine rattle and Jessel was able to diagnose the issue and fix it within 15 minutes. The service was impeccable. I would recommend anyone who needs to use an auto shop to come here. You wont be disappointed. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

It was great to use Jessel for the first time, like many garages, you just aren't sure whether you're going to get what was promised. He did what he said he was going to do, did it very well and on top of that, pointed out a few things that will need doing and made suggestions. Even took the time out to secure my exhaust until I was able to get it back to him. Wonderful professional business and worth using. For peace of mind. Will be taking my car back there again.

So today started with a worried call to the mechanics (I always fear the day my car stops working) and the day ended with my car all sorted! I was in need of a new water pump and the guys at Jessel auto did everything they could in the such limited time! They even staying open longer just to have yet another happy customer, I’m so happy with how caring and understanding they were, no wonder people recommended them. Definitely satisfied with the service from those guys!

I Used this garage for an oil change via Groupon since every fast fit outfit has increased their prices to a ludicrous extent. People should be advised that there is an additional charge of £25 over the Groupon price quoted. The oil on the dipstick looked very clean afterwards but the oil filter on my car is inaccessible which was why I didn't do it myself ilI have to trust there is a new oil filter since it wasn't in the receipt. With that in mind a very positive experience

TOO EXPENSIVE: My car's clutch pedal went dead and this garage was recommended to me. I sent my car to his garage after being there for 4 days which I don't blame him as I didn't book any appointment but he said send it to me I'll see if I can do it earlier. Happy with that. After 4 days he called me and said the charges would be £920 or £930 for slave cylinder and clutch kit whereas I got the quotation same from Mr. Clutch in 545 with 2 year warranty. I took my car to Mr Clutch. For doing that Jessel's charged me 110 for diagnosing the issue, I don't know if diagnosing is expensive or not but above service definitely found it expensive. Talked with one more garage just to confirm price as well he also said it will be around 600. Parts and fitting. 2 stars are based on price he might be good mechanic but haven't taken his service

Jesse installed a new clutch in my car about two months ago and I'm really happy with the way my car has been performing since then. Very smoothly indeed. Highly recommended.

On the hottest day of the year my A/C decided to only blow out hot air. This was frustrating as it was half term and I had planned days out with the kids which involved driving to different places. My daughter who suffers severely with travel sickness means we as a family have become very reliant on this A/C luxury. I found myself and my kids in a very hot and bothered situation with the hot air blowing out during one day out and then almost having to cancel our plans for rest of the week… Luckily I phoned Jessel autos and they were able to take a look at my car as a matter of urgency after so many garages and even my main dealership would have had me waiting 3 or more weeks for a service appointment!
Jessel autos quickly resolved my issue in under 2 hours. I am forever grateful as I was able to comfortably take my children out for a well-deserved half term treat after all the lockdowns we have had! I would truly recommend and will defo call again but I am hoping that there will be no more hot air dramas! Thanks again Jessel autos. I am sure you will keep up the good work and you should be very proud of the amazing service that you provide.
