after reading some reviews here I feel I must make my view on BJH Motors. Over 8years I have bought four cars here and never ever had a problem in fact they could not have been more helpful both in the sales pitch and after service including mot, anything I ask was greeted with polite, friendly response. I found this family run business a real pleasure to deal with , its second to none

just seen this email chain and I've got to agree with Roger.

We've bought three cars from BJH and had them serviced there over a 9 year period. Both sides of the business have been exemplary, so much so that when I bought a car from someone else (a main dealer) last year and they messed me about, I went in to see the BJH team and they sorted the problems for me. I will be going back here in future.

We started using BJH because my wife's manager at work had been using them for 20 years and he had recommended them.
The first two cars we bought, there were others in the showroom at the same time who were also repeat customers.

I also found this family run business a pleasure to deal with and unmatched in 35 years of car ownership.

Can't fault BJH, I buy my cars from them, get repairs and service here too. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they have always done what as been asked. Many a time I have gone to them and needed a quick repair to get me back on the road and many a holiday they have saved. Great staff and that only comes from the management. Thanks BJH

Great from start to finish. Dropped my car off on Tuesday afternoon after being told they couldn't start working on it until Wednesday, had a call at lunchtime to say it was ready for me to pick up.

The VW turbo diesel engine's oil pump in my 2009 Dodge Journey failed and took the turbo with it. I'm from Birmingham and my girlfriend who lives in Worcester recommended BJH and even though the job turned out to be a right mare, Mark and his staff refused to give up, kept me well informed and managed to beat the problem for more or less what they quoted. Mark let me know what the small increase was and why and agreed it with me before he went ahead; this is a very honest and very capable garage. Two days later and all is well with the car and I would recommend Mark and his staff at BJH to anyone as they are a good old fashioned competent garage with excellent customer service - thank you Mark, Gavin and the rest of your staff for a top job!

Great service from BJH: fitted me in at short notice, despite being reassuringly busy at the workshop. Swift and accurate diagnosis and a same-day wheel bearing replacement at a very reasonable price. Car drives like new again. Thanks guys.
