Very fast, friendly and helpful service. Fix any type of car, not just Renault's. Not just looking to get money from you, will recommend what's best for you and your car. Was having a problem with my gearbox and clutch. It was fixed in 2 days just by having a tinker, and it lasted long enough for me to trade my car in for a new one. Best thing was, Gordon fixed it FOC. Hopefully I won't be needing a garage for my new car, but if I do then I will certainly be coming back, and I will also recommend to everyone I know.

Terrible!
Maybe because im a young female with zero clue about cars they mugged me off. Had my car back with 10x’s more problems. They’ve lost me money that i cant get back as i use my car for work.
Gordon was rude.
Avoid at all costs!

I can't give these a worse review, took our Renault Grande Scenic to them as the battery went flat continuously.

Fitted a new battery and that wasn't the problem, so gave these cowboys a call. Investigated it, it's your auxiliary heater, £800 fitted. Cool need the car so get it done. A day later battery was flat again, so called must be a faulty battery, I'll fit another one, £175 quid.

Picked it up. Boom battery flat again, so I took it to the actually Renault dealership and they couldn't find a fault. But the car went dead and they found it was a £35 relay and fitted it. So I paid Grumpy Gordon's mortgage for a month and he didn't even buy me dinner first.

As a very experienced ex mechanic I would have undertaken the work myself but I don't possess the Renault CAN CLIP scanner so thought I'd leave it with the `experts` Car scanned and a fault identified (Plug Relay) I agreed to the part but rang back 15 minutes later and asked if they could check power to the plugs to rule out purchasing a part unnecessarily, I was told they'd ordered the part now (?) and that was definitely the fault, they were fairly surprised to hear me questionning them. When dropping in to collect the car they could not print a copy of the scan and the mobile screen shot had been deleted, the old part was also unavailable. No evidence of the fault codes were provided, either prior to or after part had been fitted. While I appreciate further investigation is sometimes called for I've never worked with a garage that can't supply details of the fault codes in a printed format, hand over the faulty part or takes no notice of the vehicle symptoms being given by the customer to help diagnose the fault.

Been going to SRS for MOT and service for many years. They've always been very helpful and provided great customer service during that time.
