We Fix 'n E' Car

I was recommended this garage by my sister who has had problems with her car for a while and these were the first to resolve it after many a visit to other garages.

I have found the staff to be both very friendly and knowledgeable, but also very trustworthy. I purchased an MOT on a discount website and thought they would heap on extras to get some money back... not at all. I've since been back 3-4 times and every time they have been helpful and reasonable, infact more than reasonable. Would recommend to anyone to take their car and be safe in the knowledge they wont be ripped off.

Booked my car in for a service with these guys a couple of weeks back and the service was just brilliant. I’ve been to many garages in the past where the staff look at you like you’re a piece of rubbish and where they deliberately rip you off but visiting here was a breath of fresh air. Service was done quickly and efficiently, Mario talked me through the results and gave good honest advice in plain English which put my mind at complete ease.

Initially I was not happy as had a booking for an MOT, came and was told it ha been cancelled due to the MOT expert to be sick. I got not phone call or an email through. However after rescheduling I had an exceptional service; it was found I needed 3 bulbs to be replaced, they have done it and did not charge any extra for that! For sure I will choose them for my future maintenance of the car as seem to be a garage which doesn't want to suck as much money from you as possible.

I turned up this morning without an appointment and a very noisy car. The man I spoke with was really friendly and got the car up on the ramps to see what the problem was. He found the fault and even showed it to me and explained what needed doing, which I really liked as I like to know and see what I'm paying for. They had the part replaced and the car ready to collect within a couple of hours. So friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend them for their customer service and efficiency...... thank you so much.

I mean it is a decent garage that does the jobs to a good standard. I’ve had a couple of faults with my car and have given it for repair here and have done the job by the end of the next day.
However, the prices are not really that friendly. Don’t go thinking it’s a local garage so iam sure they will give me a decent price. I had a window regulator job done with them and cost me £280, but when I got a quote from elsewhere for the same job I was quoted £200.

My headlight bulb went on my car on a Sunday. I called We Fix n E Car on Monday morning, they booked my car in for that afternoon and got it sorted.
Very pleased with the helpful staff and how quickly they fix my car. They are also reasonably priced.
