Dropped my M4 off this Monday for the Insane 2 Pin Crank Hub, Stage 1 BM3, VSRF Charge Pipes / J Pipes, GTS Software & NGK Spark Plugs.

Rahul & Alex at RS Automotive / WHP Performance are absolutely brilliant. You know your in safe hands & couldn’t be more at ease while they have your car. The work is carried out to a high standard & couldn’t be happier with how my car now drives.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Practically on my door step & without a doubt will back for more work in the future.

Thanks again! Won’t be taking my car anywhere else 🙌🏼

We was referred to R/S Automotive from BCM motors to complete a oil leak. The mechanic apparently fixed the job !! Went back again to be looked at and months later we’re still having problems. Do not trust this company especially if you’ve been referred from BCM motors ….. ignores your phone calls a texts message, When asked for the paperwork to be shown to see what works been carried, I had no response. Not professional and very bad at communicating.
If a jobs been completed to the best of your ability why shy away and ignore your messages ?!?!? It’s clear the mechanic did not do the job in the first place !!! And then lied to our faces that he’s done the job.

Rahul at RS is my go-to guy for my beloved BMW.

He not only bought it back to life but gave me good honest advice without taking me for a ride, ontop of it all, he gave me a very fair price for a big job that required painstaking diagnosis.

My partner had his car seats changed with this company, due to how the seats were fitted he had to have them taken out 2 days later. This was because they were fitted the wrong way round ,the passenger rail was snaped causing it to be fixed and not be able to move ,also the bottom runners were not aligned which was causing the drivers seat to be stiff and they also cause damage to the plastic on one of this doors..
He had this booked a month in advance if they didn't feel comfortable doing them they should have said and not taken money for a service they haven't completed. We have tried to make contact with the company to resolve this, but still yet to receive a solution.

I went to rs automotive to diagnose a potential engine failure.
Rahul was very professional, welcoming and re assuring throughout the whole process, he explained in detail the issue with my engine and helped me source a replacement engine due to the damage being beyond repair.
He looked after my car as if it was his own and gave me constant updates.
Rahul picked up on some other issues which were from previous used garages and rectified those free of charge out of goodwill.
My car now runs perfectly and I haven’t had a single issue since. I will be returning for any future work. Thank you for a great service.

Took my car to RS Automotive with a crank hub failure. Price was reasonable. However, once the work had been done, the car came back with a clear misfire, which ‘wasn’t noticed’. I was told to drive it around for a few days and it ‘should be fine’ but if not i was recommended to get the coilpacks changed. Upon doing this, still same issue. It was clear the garage didn’t want to take responsibility for the issue as they had been paid. Eventually after lots of arguing and back and forth garage took the car back, and proceeded to ‘fix’ the issue. They had the car for 5-6months whilst constantly ignoring calls and messages the whole time. Garage didn’t correctly diagnose the issue, but went changing parts without proper diagnostic. They changed the ECU as he thought that was the only thing it could be as he was in a lot of denial that it could have been any issue associated to the work he had done. I was then told the car was ready to collect. After travelling over 100miles to collect the car there was still a misfire.

Considering they had the car for 5-6months this is absolutely pathetic. Also to consider the garage is a self proclaimed ‘bmw specialist’. I was then told it wasn’t a misfire and just lumpy. And was told theres nothing they could do and they didn’t want to give me my £2000 back either.

After taking the car back and getting it plugged in, there were a number of error codes which had been hidden.

Cowboy garage, would avoid. They have had lots of successful jobs done in the past. Which was what gave me confidence. But you don’t see what a business is really like till something happens. No accountability taken, just fobbed off and a cowboy job. Would avoid.

Not sure why Rahul is getting negative reviews, used him to diagnose and fix my BMW. Knows his stuff, always replied to my messages and calls and decent prices too! Happily recommend him to many people

RS Automotive have been maintaining and servicing my 3 cars (c-class, m3 and mini) for the past 12 months or so. Every visit we are greeted with a smile, good technical knowledge and competitive pricing. Today’s task was to diagnose a minor electrical fault with the c-class. This was completed promptly and rectified all under an hour - fantastic! Thanks again for the help and we will no doubt be returning for additional work in the future.
