No one likes their car breaking down, but if you have to do it, Steve at Regal Recovery is absolutely brilliant. Got to us quickly, drove us from Leicester to Nottingham and kept us smiling all the way back. Lovely chap. The guy who called from the office was really friendly and helpful too. Fantastic service 😊

My car failed to start this morning and Regal gave me a morning hour slot and arrived within the agreed time. It turned out to be a flat battery which Jamie managed to start up. He could have left it at that, but when I mentioned there was a fault with the electrics, Jamie managed to identify AND fix the issue before it became worse and landed me with a huge repair bill! I have to say I am extremely impressed with the honesty and great work ethic displayed by Jamie and must add that he's a credit to Regal. As such, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jamie/Regal. Thanks!

Regal Recovery was sent out on behalf of the AA,being a lone female,was happy to see them come to my help with a smile and a friendly professional approach needless to say Kevin 😀 sorted out the job with speed and a jolly attitude.. many thanks,highly recommended.

Kev was extremely helpful and got my car recovered quickly without any issues. I only had to wait 10mins which was excellent.

Accidently left the car keys in the boot, was my only set. Jamie arrived within 35mins and was able to get the keys out from the boot. Excellent service & top bloke.

Jamie came out for Regal to collect by Rolls Royce Wraith Black Badge - he was better than the AA - quickly diagnosed the problem - told me what the solution would be and recovered the car onto his truck with care and professionalism - Jamie is a lovely chap , pleasant and cheerful loves his cars and is an asset to Regal !!
