I broke down (blown radiator) and managed to get the car to this car garage. Quote was high but I had no choice but to go with it. The repair was far from satisfactory, fan housing cable tied to the new radiator, cable trunking not attached to anything (because of the cable tie fix), fan housing bent so the fan caught on it and made a right noise, and the coolant level not topped up correctly. Sorted the problems myself, no way I was going back. After many emails I still have no apology, no acceptance that it was a poor quality repair and no compensation. Personally I would avoid.

Had a very trusted phone call with Jack I explained whatwasthe situation with the car and I have been reassured that they ca do any service on the car that is necessary and I agree that they can take my car for servicing including there diagnostic . 4 day pass and appointment to come and collect the car was late call regarding the collection of the car, been told that they will be within 50min late . Take the car for diagnostic when the mechanic told me from the time that we met at the car collection that what problem I have and it was 100% . But still decide to take the car at the garage and do the plug in diagnostic without a report or fault that the car have and turns out that they are very short on labour that can't get job on my car . So my question is Why di you take a job out when you know that didn't have staff . Why the only diagnostic that I was provided is on the invoice. It says plug in diagnostic but is not plug in and when I ask for information the guy called Martin hag up the phone on me . Putting other coworkers in a position to lying for his insubordinat manner of costumer services.
I'm very sorry that this will affect other people that work around and with this gentleman.

Could not recommend Jack and the team enough. Our car broke down while on holiday and when I contacted Jack, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Got the car booked in, sorted and back on the road again.

Great place reasonable price plus I believe keep the money in the village

I've been bringing my cars and vans here to get their MOTs for years. Amazing garage, friendly, honest service

always helpful, nothing is to much trouble & its nice to be dealing with a friendly family run business with experienced mechanics capable of fixing any motor problems you have at a very fair price.

My 2 sons also take their motors here, this garage has fixed problems that other garages just couldnt fix.

For example my sons land rover had a strange vibration coming from it his garage at the time charged over a £1000 for the repair & had it almost 2 weeks and it didnt fix the problem, Martin discovered it was a few smaller problems combined & fixed it and the charge was very reasonable.

I got 2 Mitsubishi’s, 1 needed a lot of welding and the engine rebuilding, Martin did all this again at a very reasonable cost and it now runs like when I first bought it 20 years ago.

I cant Thank him & his Family enough for all the help over the years with our motors.
