I've always found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Have never had any issues with work carried out and at times they have gone beyond expectations to deliver a good experience. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service! i WAS a regular customer and recently brought my wheel in for repair. They then sent me to one of their partners in Bamber bridge. I asked them nicely if i could invoice the amount of £85 to them and was told "How am i making profit on this?". Anyone one with the slightest bit of customer service skills would know that the profit would be me returning in the future! What made it even worse is that the guy who sent me to this other place gave me an estimate of around £30. i ended up paying £122!!! Will never use them again so their loss tbh.

Reliable in terms of fixing my car but they are VERY expensive! They charge top wack for everything and if there is anything expensive needing doing they don't ring you beforehand to ask whether you want them to do it. They just do it and then you get a nasty shock when you turn up to pay and collect! I won't be using them again. I'll be going back to the previous garage I used, which is a lot further away but much cheaper.

They charged me a fortune for a fault that they did not rectify. I drove away with a car they knew was still faulty. 20 Miles later, the car was smoking and shuddering to an abrupt stop just off the motorway. If you can’t fix the fault, don’t do the work and then have the cheek to charge significantly more than your local competitors in the process. Avoid.

Very poor workmanship and very overpriced compared to others. Had the part checked and another garage couldn't believe the poor quality of work and the high price charged for a simple job. Warning AVOID! at all costs

They went out of their way to get my car back on the road after being towed back from Manchester having lost battery power. Great service, and will continue to bring all my future cars here for service, MOT and general repairs. Always good to find a local reliable workshop!

This business went above and beyond for me. On the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend my brake fluid warning light came on and when I investigated further it turned out my brake fluid was leaking out of the pipe. I had no choice but to leave it at the garage with a note. They dealt with it promptly and professionally on the Tuesday. Had it back to me the very same day and were incredibly understanding about the emergency situation. The repair cost was incredibly reasonable and I was so pleased with the overall service. I will definitely be ringing in November to try and get booked in for an MOT.

Reasonable prices.

Beware the staff can be grumpy! Thought they were having an off day but they were the same on the next visit and to be honest it's put me off using them again. I sent someone else with my car on the next visit as their attitude made me uncomfortable.
