D B Autos were extremely friendly and helpful to my wife who experienced a puncture in Woking.

Fantastic garage, everyone is really friendly and is the only one i now use. I have been with them for a number of years and they are always helpful and fit me in, even short notice. I am always kept updated on progress and the work is amazing. Every time the car feels like new having been there. Look no further, this is the place to go to.

AVOID!! ASKED FOR A QUOTE BUT THEY JUST WENT AND CARRIED OUT WORK WITHOUT AUTHORISATION.

My husband went in with our car for some issues. We told him the issue and asked him if he could give us a quote - he said he needed to take the car apart and see to give us a quote which we were happy with. He told us we should get a call back that day (Tuesday) or the day after (Wednesday), but we got a call on Thursday and he said “Ok, it’s been fixed. That will be £600” ????? We NEVER asked them to carry out the service. No authorisation whatsoever was given to them to do this.

We were expecting them to:

1) get into the car and see what the issue was
2) call us and quote us for the labour of taking out the car
3) then let us know how much it would be to fix the issue and to get all the parts required
4) THEN we decide if we are happy to move forward with the service

He called my husband, but as I manage our finances when I heard this I was not happy about it at all so I called to see what could be done about this.

The man was rude. He would not listen to me and kept interrupting me. He kept on saying how the work he did was great and how it should’ve costed more - that wasn’t even the topic of conversation. I was not questioning the quality of his work or the cost, but more so the fact that we asked for a quote but he just carried out the work without confirming with us first.

Everyone we have talked to are equally as shocked he carried out the work without our permission or providing the quote first. Overall, super unprofessional and would not reoffend at all to anyone.

They gave me a quote to replace brake pads and discs. After agreeing and carrying out the job, they told me VAT wasn't included in the price and asked for additional money. As far as I am aware we aren't living in the US and they should include VAT in their quotes.
There are other garages in Woking who do a good job for lower prices. I recommend you to look around.

Please for your own sake, don’t go to these guys, untrustworthy liars, tell you one thing charge you another, my car had its aircon done and I the gas needed was 415g they filled mine, they stated £45 for before the service, however after I received a bill for £84 their excuse was it needed more gas, this was a lie, the quote was just randomly picked they are overcharging and ripping people off. Do not use.
