Didn't seal my window screen and flooded my car,

Took it back, got it fixed, now have there seal of approval, grease hand prints all down both A pillars.

Also the valitor seems to have binned the rubbers out of my coin try and drinks tray.

After another driver ran into my brand new car I received first class service. Lovely staff, quick repair and a smooth experience from start to finish. Collected my car today and it's as good as new. My vehicle was cosmetically damaged by grounds works. The grounds works company admitted liability and their insurers approved repairer was also my 1st choice as a Mercedes approved repairer.
M and M liaised with the insurance company on my behalf and helped to get things going.
The repair appears to be first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Now my pride and joy is back to new. Thanks Tony and Tracy!

Excellent service from start to finish. Went in for a quote and all staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. We booked in the work and were offered a free collection service. Again, the person who picked up the car was friendly and professional. We were told it’d be a 3 day job, and to expect 3-6 working days before the car was returned. We had a call on day 3 to say the job was complete, and a drop off was arranged for the next working day. The car was repaired to a high standard - no sign of the dent and scratch we sent it in for. And as a bonus, the car came back much cleaner than it went in! Would definitely recommend
