Firstly can I just say a massive thank you . I have general anxiety which makes picking up the phone to call to book services near impossible at times and the way this company handled that was incredible ! They were very happy to message instead and that made the interactions so much easier for me . I dropped my car off after the school run at 9:30 and it was serviced and MOT done by 2pm . Fantastic service. Very friendly staff and very fair on prices. I will definitely be using them again .

Stonehouse had a board out on the roadside promoting air con for £45 (plus vat) so we popped in. They fitted us in straight away and topped up the air con in an hour (much to the relief of our dogs). There was no way I expected them to charge us just £45 but that exactly what we paid. What a great surprise as we’re used to be told one price in the motor industry and then facing a bill much higher. I have been a customer of Stonehouse Motor company for well over 15 years. I send all my car / van repairs to them. I work all over the country and honesty in this industry goes a long way. The motor repair industry has a lot of cowboys and dodgepots. Stonehouse motor company go above and beyond! Professional service, approachable and intelligent mechanic staff make it very enjoyable experience. The head of the company, Dan, clearly takes customer service seriously.
