Really helpful experienced and knowledgeable team. Have used them for several years for service and Mot. Had a problem with the car misfiring this year due to some faulty spark plugs but it was sorted it all out very quickly. Happy to recommend them and to continue using them.

My partner was using before just FORD garages because he had so many bad experiences with local garages and he wanted to be sure about not having trouble, ended up FORD garage was the biggest deception.
We got Flacon Autotech by recomendation and WOW! The service was so professional, honest, cheaper and friendly! All our respect for this small business!

Used the garage a few times and it was great service. Unfortunately I've had a really poor experience today with them claiming tyres were illegal during a routine service and claiming the car cannot be driven. I have taken the car to 2 different quick fits and they have both said the tyres are legal and the previous garage was just trying to get the sale for 2 tyres. Both tyres changed in less than 15 mins. Whereas falcon autotech said it would take 3 days for the tyres to come through. They were just trying to stitch me up for the sale of 2 tyres.
