Tried booking online through Kwik-Fit, Asda tyres & Halfords.. all three let me down. Came across Tyreworld online, was abit hesitate at first.

As soon as booking made, I recieved a courtesy call immediately and confirmed my booking.

Turned up late, but they were happy to fit me immediately and even offer me a cup of tea.

This gentleman has been in the trade for over 20yrs and hands down never recieved such service compared to the others above.

They offer a wide range of services, inline with there local community they serve and are cheaper than them.

But honestly I would pay extra for how courtesy and the exceptional service they provided to me.

Hope our local community supports local trade and invest more into local business rather bigger chains

Tread with caution re using this company. After trying to call this company several times and receiving no response i sent a WhatsApp. Someone from the garage called me back, was this Mr Ali that allegedly “calms people down?” I have no clue as he wouldn’t tell me which company he was calling from. Instead he chose to shout down the phone in a very rude and aggressive manner. How can a simple question of “which company are you calling from” warrant such disgraceful and disgusting behaviour. No respect and no manners. Steer clear….I shall definitely not be using this garage for what is quite a substantial job. RED FLAG here from the rude behaviour alone.

This tyre shop damaged a brand-new wheel while installing the tyres. All the wheels have inner rim damage from the type of machine bite (did not use plastic guard), and two wheels outside scratched into the bare metal.
So I asked them to buy two new wheels with external damage or pay a complete set of wheels refurbishment costs due to the wheel's colour.
*Not being able to match the colour, even though they brought a body shop worker they know, he confirmed it could not match the colour, so it needs to be done with a set.

But they refused anything, and finally, I offered to pay 200£, but they denied that and offered me 80£ so I left. They never wanted to lose money; even it is they were the fault
* wheel refurbishment queries were over 400£
so in the end now I need to spend 500£ for this tyre fitting job amazing.
