It's not always easy to find an honest, reliable and friendly mechanic such as Dave and his team at New Street Garage. I can only praise their honesty and willingness to help. I've got a Nissan Leaf that was due for a full service last autumn and Dave told me straight away he wasn't going to charge me for a full price as it's an electric car and doesn't have that many parts as a petrol car does. Not even Nissan, the car's own manufacturer have got the same decency when charging for the full servicing fee. Today he's helped me out again, so a massive thank you to Dave and Andy. I'll definitely be back, sooner or later 👍 Can't recommend them enough ⭐

The best and most reliable garage I met until now. I will take my cars every time they identify an issue that needs to be solved. They did a great job with my cars.
I have nothing to complain about their work or the job is done. They never tried to sell or change anything that does not need changing.

Everyone at New Street Garages are so helpful and genuine, I’ve been taking my cars to them for 15 years after a poor experience elsewhere and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Dave and Nikki who own and run this garage are honest and fair. We have had nothing but friendly, helpful, expert, 100% trustworthy service since trying them 5 years ago with our 2 vehicles. Needless to say we are not gambling and trying anywhere else ! You can do no better in my humble opinion.

Been to New Street Garage, Horsham, 5 times now; servicing and MOT’s for my BMW 330d.
The return trip to collect my car use to be a nail biting affair, wondering how much the bill is going to be, New Street have always given me one to exactly at what I expected.
It’s taken several attempts to find a garage I was really happy with and would recommend. I tried Rev’s a couple of times, the last time I went there I challenged the bill and they admitted they hadn’t done the tracking that was on the invoice, whilst they did take it off, they would have happily let me walk away paying for work that wasn’t done.

Had a great experience with New Street Garage, I had my car looked over by another garage that quoted me a steering rack replacement, it turned out to be wires that needed re-soldering saving me tons of ££££

Lots of work done including servicing, electrical repair, puncture repair at a reasonable cost and with a quick turn around. No complaints whatsoever!

Booked in win a flat tyre today and they had it all repaired and ready to go very quickly. £25 and stress free! Also, when I drove away I noticed they had fixed the loose nut on my gear stick which I had only mentioned to them to be mindful of when handing in the car. Very happy, will go back again when I need anything.
