Brookdene service centre - RAC Approved Garage

After numerous different garages working on my cars, I can honestly say I feel I have finally found a garage I can trust. Not only are they affordable, they're honest and don't try rip you off. Jason (the owner) in particular, cant fault him at all. Took my car in, he straight away give it a thorough check over, and immediately found the issues other mechanics previously failed to spot only a week before. He quickly rectified the issues, and even let me watch him work. He even talked through and explained what he was doing, as if he was teaching you. Basically he wanted to show you exactly what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Fantastic garage, very friendly staff and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and will hopefully be going there for everything and years to come. The courtesy cars whilst yours is being repaired is a nice touch too. Plus thank you for the cups of tea while I waited.

5 star auto service.
Went there few times for small repairs on my BMW. Last time went somewhere else due to slight price diference and that was my biggest mistake. Other garage didn't fixed the problem, money already paid. Went back to Brookdene the owner ( I believe) , he check it what could be wrong, gave my advice for no charge. Amazing!!!
Recomendation to other people, sometimes you have to pay more for better service.

I brought my vauxhall astra gtc to Jason a few weeks back. I have to say this man knows his stuff and he provides a very friendly atmosphere. He was more willing to help and also the prices are very reasonable. Best independent dealer in town hands down. Having already been to advance vauxhall on St Albans Road for them to fix a problem with my revs stuttering when accelerating, they ran full diagnosis which lead to me paying 300 for a fuel trim sensor but then the problem continued so I left vauxhall and came to brookdene motors and Jason hooked it up to the computer and showed me that vauxhall hadn't reset any of the faults (which they're meant to) so the computer didn't recognise that the part had been fixed. I've had no problems since Jason touched my car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED GARAGE : )

Cant recommend this place enough. Got my alternator changed after going through so many garages to resolve the issue. Jason is very helpful and very specific when it comes to any sort of car issue. Will be using this service again. If you are having car problems, Jason and the team are the people to go to.

Back in last November. I went for a full service and mot at the Endeavour Hyundai. They were trying to convince that Exhaust flex cover broken and the lower arm bottom ball jonit gaiter come off need replacing. both parts would cost around £900 to replace. Luckily I went to Brookdene service centre and they check it and was convinced it was fine. So we went straight for the MOT and it was absolutely fine. I don't think I need to say more.

I have been coming to Jason for years and I am so happy that I was recommended him because I honestly wont take my cars anywhere else unless I literally have no choice. I have called him this week and explained what has happened to my car and he has booked it in at a time to suit me around my work. When we realised that Ford had sent the wrong part he called me and has provided a courtesy car so I can get to work and back and has said that he can keep my car in a safe place until I can collect it on my next day off (I work 8-8) He has never once been patronising when I have called him, he has always gone above and beyond with the service he provides and his prices are so reasonable too. I honestly cannot recommend him enough, I have moved further away from his garage and will still make him my first port of call.

Excellent service from Brookdene, I first came across them when they had to put right the shoddy workmanship of another local garage which they did promptly and perfectly, they even liaised with the other garage to collect payment from them for the corrective work. Recently the clutch went on my car, they installed new clutch & MOT'd car at the same time as well as fixing some other minor issues, again all done extremely promptly and with goodwill and the price they kept to the absolute minimum. It's a relief to know a garage you can trust both in terms of quality of work and price and I have no hesitation in recommending wholeheartedly.
