Took my A3 in for a service and repair and these were carried out in good time and at a very competitive price. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and significantly cheaper than Audi dealer. I'm really pleased to have (after 11 years driving Audis) to find a garage I trust. I would definitely go back in future and would recommend.

Hunted around for a decent Audi specialist and came across these guys. I needed front and rear pads doing and these guys came up with the best quote I found using the brake manufacturer that I wanted. Brakes are working nicely! They guys here were very friendly. Billy is the gentleman that served me and he seemed like a really nice guy. I'll be going back for a major service and then for the cam belt. Definitely would recommend them!

I can't recommend Project Audi more. Very promptly got my car in, kept me updated all the way with regular phone calls from Billy and all done at a competitive price. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks to Mark and Billy for a great customer experience.

I had a fault with the throttle body and engine management on my VW Passat. Project Audi sorted the fault in a few hours without the need for expensive parts and I had the car back the same day. I was kept informed of potential costs. Excellent all-round experience and I recommend Project Audi without hesitation.

DAY 1 my 15 plate skoda yeti is recovered here after cam belt fails at only 20,000 mile.
DAY 3 I am informed it will need a cylinder replacement and will cost approx £1000 to fit a used head, i give the go-ahead
Day 14 i get call its ready fully tested and waiting for pickup the bill is £1550 ????? Unfortunately i payup before a test drive but driving away i instantly notice no throttle response and sure enough within ten miles it goes into limp mode and i return it to be told they will sort it with no further cost to me.
DAY 30 i get a call am told it has now developed a cold start issue and although they dont know the cause its definetly nothing to do with their work so i will now be charged for further investigation.
DAY 41 i am told they cannot find the fault but theres a bill for £250 for them trying.
After 41 days and £1800 paid the vehicle is returned to me (it imediately goes into limp mode) but i am also disturbed to find the following. Arriving home i open the bonnet to find the engine head cover is not attached, a set of meter test leads have been left on the engine and most alarming a large steel pipe clamp has been left dangling on the fuel return pipe ready to trash the alternator belt mech below. in the drivers footwell i notice a selection of screws and bolts on inspection i find the facia at the diagnostic port has been undone and the port removed from its housing and left dangling and a component/plate on the steering column above the pedals has been removed and replaced with only one of its 4 retaining bolts .
And the" piece de resistance" i take the car to a Volkswagen Audi specialist in Runcorn who instantly diagnose a timing issue rebuilding the head they find the inlet cam timing out by 25degrees the cambelt tensioner is damaged and two teeth on camshaft pulley damaged unbelievable!!
Will I be using project Audi again ? Have a guess, total cowboys

Very helpful over the phone and guided me to the right direction which is a Performance Audi Tuning Specialist this company use for their client's car's that require the aftermarket tuning. Martin at Unit 20 Ltd who sorted me the obsolete parts for my B5 Audi RS4. For me 1st impressions are everything and sometimes if you're calling a company and not using them they fob you off but these guy's didn't do that and actually gave me a lead to a company they use also which end up having the parts that I so badly required which I have searched globally for and Audi breakers all over the net and forums with no joy. Hence think they deserved the 5 star for all the headache and aggro they have saved me. Thank You. 🙏❤💯👌

Got a service and MOT on my A3 this week at a very competitive price.
Lads in the garage were brilliant and the lady behind the desk was very helpful and super friendly.
The owner made a point of coming out to make sure I was happy with the service before I got on my way.
Very nice garage to work with.

Went to take the car in to see what the problem was with my heating, didn’t end up going to my appointment then got a text saying that the job needing doing would cost £700 after they had ‘diagnosed it’ even when they’ve not been near the car. Left a bit of a sour taste.
