Mobile Auto Repairs

Not a mobile repair service anymore. These were the words of the person who came out.  He was the mechanic/owner of the business who came out to look at my car because i couldn't start it. It started for him straight away and he said it was flooded. I thanked him and he said It definitely needs a service. As i was going to do a few miles that week I thought it best i get it done. He said it would cost £200 which I thought was quite alot. Also i explained the cooling fan kept coming on, he said he'd take a look. Followed him back to his garage so he could do it. Within an hour he called me to tell me the spark plugs were a special type and would cost £12 pound each. I went along with it and paid the money when i picked it up. Took the car home and when i checked the oil it was black, he hadn't replaced it neither had he done the fan issue. So i called him, he said he'd done the service including the oil change. He said the fan problem didn't come into the service, i told him it did of it affected the temperature of the engine and that I'd asked him to look at it specifically. I believe he advertises as a mobile mechanic just to get business then turns up and says " we're not mobile anymore well have to take the car to my garage " where he can invent issues, not do certain jobs and make more money. Do not trust this garage. Stay well clear. Not only has this man not done the job properly he's now come up with stories in the reply to my review stating I said it not been serviced for years which would be a pretty strange thing to say when I'd only had the car a few months. To say I called six months later is also a lie. Stay well clear of this place. Take note, his first review was just a week ago, there's not one before that. I wonder why.

Every time we have had a problem with the car, they have repaired it quickly and thoroughly with an agreed price. We have even called for advice when we were looking to buy a new car and they were more than happy to help.

Mechanic showed up within 1 hour. His work was completed professionally & promptly. After being quoted £55 just for a call out by another company, i was charged less than half of that for the whole job to be completed. Excellent service

These guys are great. I brought a 2006 Combo to them for new seats and a rear light cluster. Within 30min a new rear light cluster and excellent condition seats were fitted. All at a fantastic price to. Thank you so much. The van feels so more comfortable now. Will recommend to all for Vauxhall Combo and Corsa body parts.

I went to Jon with an intermittent electrical fault, which I know is notoriously difficult to solve. Jon worked through the issue methodically and diligently. Finally he was able to pinpoint the issue. This was then fixed. I now feel safe in my car and will definitely be using Jon again and would recommend his services.

Two lovely chaps that provide a high quality service. Had a problem with my battery and they came out, fully charged and refit it. When the battery ended up dying again they replaced it for me and added a terminal disconnect for me. Haven't had trouble with it since.

Also did my MOT and service.
They do honest work and are great at communicating with you.
